This was such a fun project! This house was completely renovated by the sellers and they did an AM-azing job! The home is located on 4.7 acres and has 5 bedrooms & 2 baths, so LOTS of room for a family if needed. The one minor drawback was a somewhat small eating area…or should I say a perceived small eating area.
My job was to select furniture that would:
- Enhance the SIZE of the space
- Not block much of the amazing view
- Enhance the well chosen renovations

And a Thank you to my sister for being my assistant this day- we had a hoot!
So much natural light in the master- choosing a palatte that kept things light and bright was the way to go!
Could this room be more cozy? NO.
A 5 ft island calls for bar stools that tuck in under the countertop
Space saving seating and a tray that brings over the blue from the accent wall.
A sofa and love seat were selected to show that there is a TON of space for seating and this placement does not detract from the VIEW! So gorgeous.
We chose a 6 seater bar height table! Fresh and modern enough to appeal to hipsters but the size shows what is possible for the space. The home owner selected this perfect dining lamp that works beautifully with the space. I balanced the heavy table with a blue water print on the opposite wall creating visual balance
I brought in pieces that highlighted the color palette while keeping neutral enough to appeal to all buyers
On the main level is a large room perfect for a home office or large enough to be a 2nd master. A gorgeous rug warms the room up
Master furniture was selected in a slight rustic design, and of large scale to show off the square footage. Soft prints and just the right amount of accessories bring the room to life
You CAN fit a coffee table here but for photography on MLS I decided a rug would be better- we are selling the space not the furniture so when staging I try to pare back where I can.
